So what I want to talk about is if you ever get overwhelmed, it’s because you’re just consuming information and then doing nothing with it.
That’s why you get overwhelmed.
If you keep learning something and then do nothing with that information, that makes you feel overwhelmed. But, when you take action, you get your own personal experience that you can share.
That means you’re constantly focusing on getting better. When someone focuses on their niche, they become more valuable to their audience. They’re constantly sharing their ideas that you can use in your niche too.
Now here’s what I think overwhelm is.
When most people go through any kind of training for example and then they’ll say…
“I’m overwhelmed, I don’t know what to do and I can’t figure it out.”
It’s a great start in basically take action on learning, then they don’t act on what they learned.
And overwhelm happens when you keep studying and you do nothing with that information.
You keep studying more and then you find another “easier” method and now you’re taking all this different information in and of course, this person has their own way of doing things.
Now you’re like AHHH…this person says this and this person says that, I don’t know who to trust.
That’s why you have to choose one person to follow, you got to listen to them and you got to implement it, that’s how you’re going to get results.
You can’t pick 5 different people to learn from all at once, because all 5 of those people realistically are going to have their own way of doing things.
So for me I got one mentor and I really just immerse myself in what he teaches me
And I rarely get overwhelmed.
Realize this, you don’t go into Barnes and Noble and think…
“Oh my god there are so many books and I just I don’t know where to start, I am overwhelmed.”
You usually walk to the section that you want you scroll through, go down the aisle until you find a book on whatever topic you searching for.
