When choosing the right business model, there are many factors to take into consideration.
If you have been following my blog, then you’re obviously interested in the idea of generating money online from home.
Maybe you want a better home, get out of debt, or quit your job and spend more time with your family.
Choosing The Right Business Model
Here are a few of the most important elements that I’ll cover:
- The Truth About Why most traditional business models are flawed.
- What To Do: Your solution to the 9 to 5 grind.
- What You’ve Been Looking For: A business model that allows you personal and financial freedom.
OK, let’s talk about why most traditional business models are flawed.
Choosing the right business model is one of the most important decisions you’ll ever make, if not the most important.
In a traditional, real world business, such as a restaurant, there are many factors to consider.
- They have to find retail space.
- Build or remodel the restaurant.
- Purchase new restaurant equipment.
- Renovate existing seating if needed.
- Hire and train staff.
The dream of running your own business (whether it’s a restaurant, salon, auto repair shop, clothing store) can turn into a nightmare.
When you realize just how much it costs to get started and how much work it will take to recoup your investment and become profitable.
But there is another way.
You can have your own business that gives you financial and personal freedom, without risking hundreds of thousands of dollars to get there.
This “good business model” is the complete opposite of just about all of the things I talked about the restaurant model.
Choosing the right business model that gives you personal and financial freedom.
In fact, the model itself is SO good that it can play a much larger role in your success.
Here’s what a good business model offers:
A low monthly fixed cost, even when the sales are slow.
Ease of fulfillment, even when sales are booming.
Payment up front before delivering the product. This is the complete opposite of some business models like running a restaurant.
A business that isn’t location specific. You can operate it from anywhere in the world. Your home, Starbucks, your hotel room or even at the airport.
As long as customers have an interest in what you’re selling, then they can buy your product and receive it anywhere in the world.
There’s no need to keep coming up with new product ideas each month.
You don’t need to hire employees.
You’re not required to have a Merchants accounts to process orders.
You don’t have to deal with customer service issues.
Does this sound like a wonderful business model? Does it sound too good to be true?
Well it is true and it’s called affiliate marketing.
