Are your beliefs too small for the job? If you hang around people who don’t believe, then you won’t believe.
If you hang around people with a horrible outlook on life then you might subconsciously accept their ideas to be true in your mind.
These people will tell you “that’s impossible or that’s not realistic” because they have low expectations for themselves.
You probably already have low expectations for yourself too.
You will never commit and be able to create the life you desire because your mindset and belief system is broken.
These limiting beliefs aren’t completely your fault.
As a young child, your parents might have said things like:
- Money doesn’t grow on trees.
- I wasn’t lucky enough to grow up rich.
- It’s better to give than receive.
- Money is the root of all evil.
- It’s selfish to have so much when there are people who have so little.
- You can’t take money to the grave so it doesn’t matter anyways.
- I may not have lots of money, but I’m happy.
- Insert what you heard here.
As a kid, you believed what your parents told you because they would never lie to you, right?
These self limiting beliefs we grew up with carry over into our adult lives.
I didn’t grow up rich.
I grew up with many limiting beliefs because of the people I hung around with.
My friends didn’t have big ambitions or goals so neither did I.
I just wanted to get a good job that would provide for me and my family.
So for many years, I always wondered how I could change my life.
I realized that my current environment wasn’t helping me.
Then I did a Google search on how to make money online.
After a few clicks, I become intrigued with the lives these people created for themselves.
I started seeking out mentors and successful people that I could learn from.
When you really study how successful people think, their habits and daily routines, you begin to see their mindset.
You can work on your mindset to think like someone who is already successful.
I don’t have unlimited funds, or their resources and definitely no one to hold my hand and show me how to do it.
But I started to believe if someone else could change their life, then so could I.
By learning how to change my thoughts and beliefs by simply focusing on what’s possible, I now have the ability to do, have and achieve anything I want.
Does it make me perfect? NO.
I still deal with daily challenges and problems in my life like everyone else.
You simply handle these different now from the way you used to.
I used to let the small things bother me and I would think to myself why me.
Now when life happens, obstacles popup and create unexpected problems, I tackle them head on.
I used to get mad, turn green and triple my body size for a few minutes, now I just shake my head and laugh.
If you’re stuck, overwhelmed, frustrated or just ready for a change…
There is a simple solution.
Eliminate the negative things in your life that don’t help you.
Stop accepting mediocrity in your life.
Never allow people to dump their mental garbage in your mind.
Ignore the people who knock your dreams and goals.
Let them set small expectations for their life.
Let them play small in life because they think something isn’t realistic.
Ignore them when they complain about their life and circumstances.
Spend your time with big thinkers and people who are making it happen.
The people who you follow and take advice from can make all the difference in your life.
Life is too short to listen to negative people, complainers and whiners who keep dragging you down.
Only surround yourself with people who want the best for you and eliminate everyone else.
