If you are thinking about starting an online business, or any business for that matter, you’re 1 out of a 1000. Even though there is no guarantee of success under any circumstances.
Even established businesses can fail at new business ideas. Sears and Toys R Us come to mind.
The possibility of failure is very real, but you can improve your chances of success by:
1. Creating a business plan BEFORE you launch your online business.

Be 1 out of a 1000
Define the steps on getting from point A to point B, include realistic plans for accomplishing each step.
Get SMART. SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely.
2. Expect to work very hard and put in the time to accomplish your goals.
Anything worth pursuing will not be easy, if it was, everyone would be doing it.
You understand this because in business, things are not as easy as they appear.
Each step requires proper, previous planning toward your goals.
Success in any business requires a lot of work and time, and you must have patience.
Be 1 out of a 1000.
As you know, sometimes things don’t work out on the first try. To be successful in anything, you have to be willing to keep going until you do succeed.
3. Beware of “get-rich-quick” schemes.
Have you seen the latest slick sales pages that promise you quick and easy ways to become rich?
I have 2 specific email accounts that get hundreds of these types of promotions and offers daily.
It’s mind boggling to me how many people think that there is an easy way to make money online.
There is NOT. Those ways do not exist.
Remember that most of the other 999 people see the “next big thing” as the easy way to riches.
Most are BIZ OPP HOPPERS and will move on within 30 days because the “program didn’t work.”
What really happened is that they were not willing to put in the hard work.
